Geocache Description:

Welcome to the most iconic view in Busselton. The Busselton Jetty is 1.841km long. It is the longest timber piled jetty in the southern hemisphere and is operated by a non-profit community organisation known as Busselton Jetty Inc. Activities include an annual jetty swim which sees competitors swim 4km out and around the jetty.

The jetty precinct includes an interpretive centre, jetty train and underwater obversatiory. Those physically able are encouraged to walk the length of the jetty.

Logging the Cache

At GZ you will find a site marker. The first paragraph provides information about the original section of the jetty. Near the waypoint provided, you will find a sculpture named ‘Fish’. Under the title ‘Fish’ are five words in brackets.

In order to claim a find, simply:
1. Send a message or email with the name of the park mentioned at the end of the first paragraph of the site marker as well as the five words in the brackets at ‘Fish’.
2. Post a photo of your device or yourself with any part of the jetty in the background.
