Welcome to the George Forbes Memorial Library in Ivey Hall, at Lincoln University.
The facade of the library is an iconic view of the campus. You will use this building, which has had several upgrades over the years,to gather information for logging purposes.
Logging requirements: There are a fairly easy set of requirements to claim this cache
- Find the year carved on 3 stones over doors/archways around the building displayed above. Send the dates to me either by Email or by using the Geocaching message app. All of the years are well above head height, and are just the year. You can log the cache once this requirement is met.
- Include with your log a photo of your GPS device with the date visible (or something similar with the date) in a location that will show the progress of the recovery of Memorial Hall (to the right of the building above) as it is refurbished from its quake damaged state.

While you are visiting the University, have a wander around the grounds. There are plenty of art works and gardens to view.
