Geocache Description:

Queens Park is home to many things.

The coordinates should place you on a ground level plaque. Please note that the coords may be slightly off due to 4-5 m accuracy at time of checking.

The bronze animals near the play area were funded by J.B. Thomson and sculpted by Charles Wheeler. They were unveiled in 1966 by the Queen Mother. The sculptures are popular with children and adults as seen by the wear from riding and climbing the larger animals. The whole fountain and bronze features were designed by this English artist. Many people come from all over the world to view this master piece. So now you can too.

To log this virtual there are a few tasks that you need to do.

1. Visit all the waypoints. Not too hard as they are close together.

2. Post a picture of you (not necessarily your face) on (if able) or beside one of the features of a waypoint.

3. In your log write about the most fascinating, cutest bronze animal in this area.

Please do NOT message me of your find or send a picture to me. ONLY put your photos and stories in your log.
