A beautiful park and lake. Day BBQ, windsurfing, kayaking, SUP (no swimming). Amazingly relaxing, cool breeze, great getaway in the hot summer. So close to Tokyo.
Get to the parking lot by car, or ride your bike on the Arakawa river path.
Long walk to the lake from Saitama train stations.
6km walk from Nishitakashimadaira Station on Mita Line.
Park closes at 17:30.
Bicycle and walkers can enter now.
Cars may not be able to enter due to typhoon damage.
Instructions:
1) Go to the GC location.
2) Look toward Tokyo Bay.
3) In the middle of the lake, you will see an object.
4) Take a picture.
5) Send it to me.
6) If you look in the right direction, your log will be accepted.
Enjoy the peace and quiet before returning to the city! And say hello to the windsurfers if you see them. They are my friends.
