Djurö kyrka (tidigare Djurhamns kapell) är en kyrkobyggnad på Djurö i Stockholms skärgård och hör till Djurö, Möja och Nämdö församling i Stockholms stift.
Kyrkan byggdes då Djurö blev en viktig örlogsbas som behövde ett kapell. 1683 invigdes kyrkan av kyrkoherden magister Ericus Noraeus. Initiativtagare till kyrkobygget var rådman Joseph Månsson.
Kyrkan är byggd av liggtimmer på putsad stenfot och var från början målad med falurödfärg. Efter 1700-talets mitt tillkom träpanelerna. Kyrkan består av ett rektangulärt långhus med rakt avslutat kor i öster. Sakristia och vapenhus har byggts till i norr respektive söder och ligger mittemot varandra.
Strax norr om kyrkogården på en höjd står en fristående klockstapel som uppfördes 1836. I denna hänger två klockor.

Djurö kyrka (formerly Djurhamn Chapel) is a church building on Djurö in the Stockholm archipelago and belongs to Djurö, Möja and Nämdö parish in Stockholm diocese.
The church was built when Djurö became an important naval base that needed a chapel. In 1683, the church was consecrated by the pastor Magister Ericus Noraeus. The initiator of the church building was councilor Joseph Månsson.
The church is built of lying timber on a plastered stone base and was originally painted with falu red. After the middle of the 18th century, the wooden panels were added. The church consists of a rectangular nave with a straight-ended chancel to the east. The sacristy and armory have been built in the north and south, respectively, and are opposite each other.
Just north of the cemetery on a hill stands a free-standing belfry that was built in 1836. In this hang two bells.
