The coordinates will bring you to a monument to the Mormon Battalion which passed through here a while back. To claim your find, answer the following questions in a message to the CO:
1: What were the starting and ending points of this long march?
2: When was the monument dedicated?
3: What kind of tree is on the bank behind the monument? If you're not a dendrologist, a description will suffice.
Some of the lettering on the monument is faded, but a close look at the plaque will yield the information you need.
