[RO] Monumentul Unității Spiritual–Creștine din Caransebeș, ridicat în anul 2011 și realizat de renumitul sculptor EUGEN PETRI, între Catedrala Episcopală “Învierea Domnului” și Biserica Romano-Catolică “Neprihănita Zămislire”, are în interior sculptat simbolul clopotului, ce reprezintă legătura milenară dintre cele două Biserici-surori, precum și unitatea creștină dintre locuitorii acestei cetăți spirituale a Banatului Montan, indiferent de confesiunile de care aparțin. De asemenea, monumentul, placat cu travertin, transmite tuturor celor care trec prin Caransebeș, un mesaj de credință. De altfel, monumentul este singurul din lume construit în locul cel mai apropiat între o Biserică catolică și una ortodoxă, de respective 8,4 metri.

[EN] The monument of the Spiritual-Christian Union from Caransebeș was built in 2011 by the renowned sculptor EUGEN PETRI. It is situated between the Episcopal Cathedral "The resurrection of the Lord" and the Romano-Catholic Church "The Birth without Sin". Inside, there is sculpted a symbol of a bell, which represents the millenial bond between the two sister churches, as well as the Christian union between the residents of the spiritual citadel of the Mountain Banat, no matter the religions with which they identify. Moreover, the monument is placated with travertine and it transmits a message of faith to everyone who passes through Caransebeș. The distance between the two churches, one Catholic and one Orthodox is only 8.4 meters, making it the smallest one in the world between two churches of these religions. The location of this monument therefore makes it unique in the world.
