Månafossen - En bratt men kort tur for selv de minste
Månafossen er med sine 92 meter i fritt fall den høyeste fossen i Rogaland. Turen starter på Eikeskog hvor det er sti og litt trappeklatring på den første delen av turen. Men med litt kjetting til å holde seg i på de bratteste bergene, går det relativt greit. Underveis er det flere tilrettelagte utsiktspunkter til fossen. Månafossen er rangert som nr. 9 i Norge, og regnes som en av fylkets største turistattraksjoner.

[GE] Månafossen ist der größte Wasserfall Rogalands und der neuntgrößte Norwegens mit einer freien Fallhöhe von 92 Metern. Vom Parkplatz aus folgt der teilweise recht steile und unebene Pfad dem Südostufer des Flusses. An den steilsten Stellen erleichtern Treppen und Ketten zum Festhalten den Anstieg. Vom Weg aus hat man bald freien Blick auf den unter Schutz gestellten Wasserfall, eine der größten Attraktionen Rogalands.
[ES] Månafossen es la cascada más grande de Rogaland y la novena cascada más grande de caida libre de Noruega. Desde el aparcamiento se llega caminando por el lado sureste del río. El sendero hasta Månafossen es en parte escarpado y difícil. En las partes más abruptas se han puesto escalones y cadenas donde agarrarse. Desde el sendero se puede ver la cascada que tiene una caída libre de 92 metros. La cascada está protegida y es una de las atracciones turísticas más grandes de Rogaland.
