Y COB Virtual Cache

Mae'r storfa hon wedi'i gosod ar y cob golygfaol ar draws aber Portmadoc sef allfa afon Glaslyn, gellir cael golygfa wych o'r tir wrth gasglu'r wybodaeth ar gyfer y storfa ac wrth ddychwelyd gallwch gerdded ar draws pen y cob am well fyth. golygfa o'r môr a'r posibilrwydd o weld trenau stêm ar reilffordd yr ucheldir Ffestiniog neu Gymru ar gael mewn Portmadoc ond wedi'i gyfyngu'n gyffredinol i awr oni bai eich bod yn ei wneud gyda'r nos, mae hynny'n ddigon o amser i mi gymryd tua 45 munud i'w osod ond os mewn amheuaeth parciwch yn y pen arall lle nad oes terfyn amser.

This cache is set on the scenic cob across the Portmadoc estuary which is the outlet of the river Glaslyn a great view inland can be had whilst gathering the information for the cache and on returning you can walk across the top of the cob for an even better sea view and the possibility of seeing steam trains on the Ffestiniog or welsh highland railways free parking is available in Portmadoc but generally limited to an hour unless you do it in the evening, that is enough time took me about 45 mins to set it but if in doubt park at the other end where there is no time limit.

To log the cache walk down the path on the inland side of the road locate the Y Cob sign (see pic)at the published coords or starting from waypoint 1 the 200yds 200llath cycle sign (see pic) inbetween there are a number of circular inspection covers (see pics) just email me with the total number of both types of covers between the 2 signs.
