(From TeamBulldawg: Thanks to D-w-S for placing the cache and maintaining it. We have taken it over as he has moved out of state. Since it is one of the older ones in this area we want to keep it going. The original description is listed below as we didn't change anything on it. We did change the terrain as there are a few trees down from the recent storms.)
Ammo can placed approximately 30' to 50' off the trail. I placed this while on vacation to Saint Simon's Island. Nice place. Lot's of history. This is a nice walk. Only made it a Terrain of 1.5 because you have to leave the trail. 7/6/12- Annual maintenance completed. 7/5/11 - Once again completed my annual maintenance. I did not remove or check for TBs. Did not have much time. 7/5/10 - Annual maintenance on the cache completed today. Added more treasures. This area is really pretty this time of year (minus the bugs). Happy hunting! 7/7/09 - Once again I restocked and removed the clutter. Good to go for another year I hope. 7/7/08 - While on our annual visit to the island, I restocked this cache. It had been misplaced but I found it and relocated to the original hiding spot. Out with the old and in with the new (refreshed cache). I have updated the clue as over the years it has changed a bit. 7/6/07 - Once again while on vacation I restocked this cache. Took out the junk that tends to collect and put in some cool new stuff. 7/4/06 - Restocked again on vacation. Took out all the old stuff and put in lots of neat toys. This is ready to go for another year. The hiding place is not as well... hiden as it used to be. Please cover well after you find. Thanks! 7/18/04 - Restocked the cache this weekend. Lot's of desk toys.
