HUOM! Ajoittain kartanolla järjestetään juhlia ja yksityistilaisuuksia, älä tällöin mene kartanon pihaan. Kätkön vaatimukset pystyy täyttämään kävelytieltä käsin.

Vanhan tarinan mukaan Haiharan kartanolla kummittelee kartanolla aikoinaan töissä olleen palvelustytön haamu - sininen neito. Rakkaushuolien murtamana tyttö päätti hukuttautua Kaukajärveen, jonne juostessaan kompastui ja katkaisi molemmat jalkansa. Tästä johtuen kartanolla asusteleva kummitus onkin jalaton.

Tehtäväsi on ottaa annetuissa koordinaateissa kuva itsestäsi (kasvojen ei tarvi näkyä) tai kätköilylaitteestasi siten että kuvassa näkyy myös Haiharan kartano ja liittää kuva kätkölokiisi. Vain kätkön julkaisun jälkeen otetut kuvat hyväksytään ja kuvattomat lokit poistetaan. Haiharan haamun ei ole välttämätöntä näkyä kuvassa.

Ajanvietteeksi voit tällä videolla seurata keskustelua Haiharan haamun/haamujen kanssa. Lähistöltä löytyy myös mukavia kävelyreittejä, esimerkiksi kartanon takaa järvelle vievä puistokuja.

Ghost of Haihara mansion
NOTICE!! Occasionally there are private parties in Haihara mansion, in such case do not go to the actual yard of the mansion. The mission of this cache can be fulfilled without going to the yard.

Based on an old story a ghost "lives" in Haihara mansion. Ghost - The Blue Maid - belongs to a young maid that used to work in the mansion. She faced some despair in love and decided to drown herself to lake Kaukajärvi. While running to the lake she stumbled and broke both of her feet. For this reason the ghost of Haihara mansion is said to be without legs.

Your mission is to take a picture in given coordinates showing yourself (doesn't need to have your face in the picture) or your geocaching device so that Haihara mansion is visible in the background. Attach the picture to your log. Only pictures taken after publishing this cache will be approved and logs without the picture will be removed. It is not necessary for the ghost of Haihara mansion to be visible in the picture.

If you have spare time you can watch this video (only in Finnish, sorry) where people are having discussion with the ghost(s) of Haihara mansion. There is also some nice walking routes nearby, you could for example walk the "parkway" to lake Kaukajärvi starting behind the mansion.
