Bærums Verk er et sted i Bærum kommune i Viken fylke. Det grenser mot dalføret Lommedalen.
Navnet kommer av jernverket Bærums verk som var anlagt av Paul Smelter i 1610 og ble flyttet til sitt nåværende sted ved elven Lomma i 1641. Verkseiernes tidligere bolig, oppført i 1762-64 av Anna Krefting, står fremdeles i Verksgata, hovedgaten gjennom jernverket.
I de eldre industribygningene finnes det et museum som forteller om verkets historie og viser jernovner produsert på jernverket fra 1700-tallet til jernstøperiet ble nedlagt i 1964. I de tidligere arbeiderboligene i Verksgata er det små verksteder og butikker med salg av bl.a. kunsthåndverk.
Bærums Verk har også Norges eldste vertshus i fortsatt drift, Værtshuset Bærums Verk, som er fredet. I 1970- og 1980-årene var det en utstrakt boligbygging på Bærums Verk. Det ble bygget i utkanten av selve verket, på områdene Helset, Toppenhaug, Sleiverud og Gommerud. Det ble vesentlig oppført selveide eneboliger. På selve verksområdet ble de gamle arbeiderboligene i Verksgata renovert for utleie til små håndverksbedrifter og kunstindustri. Jernverket ble utbygt til et kjøpesenter i 1997. Alt i alt er det et åtti-talls virksomheter i de gamle bygningene. Bærums Verk er kjent for sin årlige tenning av juletreet på plassen utenfor kjøpesenteret. De vakre omgivelsene på Bærums Verk er et populært turområde hele året, og i parken er det 28 skulpturerlaget av anerkjente norske billedhoggere.
