Tarcutta is a town nearest to 1/2 way between Sydney and Melbourne via the Hume Hwy. It is deplorably lacking in Geocaches so I hope this encourages others to be placed.
This hall was erected in 1928 as a memorial to those who served in WW1 and as a place for returned servicemen to relax. The hall was designed by Messrs Pitt & Morrow, architects of Wagga Wagga, and some elements of the then new Art Deco style can be seen in its facade.
To claim this virtual you must post a picture of you and/or something that identifies you (eg your caching name) in front of the Memorial Hall with your log.
