This cache is hidden away in the beautiful Ward River Valley Park known locally as the Jacko.
The water feature is made from the ruins of an old mill. The lake behind the arched steps is beautiful and home to lots of wildlife, you should also explore this before leaving the area. I recommend Heading left of the steps as you look at them and you will find a thin path way to the left of the lake with water on each side of you as you walk down it.
Just above the steps you can still see some rusted cogs and wheels that would have once been part of the day to day functioning of the old mill.
Now nature pours in and is slowly reclaiming what is hers. This is a beautiful example of natures war against man, one can stand here and imagine that this battle might play out all over the world some day after we are all gone.
