神戸市役所庁舎1号館の入り口を入ればすぐに、展望ロビーへ上がるエレベーターの案内が目に入ってきます。
赤く塗られた特別なエレベーターに乗れば、そのまま24Fの展望台へ上がれます。
北側には市街地とその後ろには六甲山の山並みが、南側には眼下に神戸港の絶景が広がります。
日本の四季を通してかわる神戸の風景をご覧になれます。
また、1日の中でも海と山と空が広がる昼の神戸と、世界的にも有名な神戸の夜景も、展望台からは楽しむことができます。
ゆっくり、のんびり静かに神戸の風景を楽しんでください。
このバーチャルキャッシュにFログをつけるには、

As soon as you enter the Kobe City Hall (the Building #1), notice for the elevator to the observation deck will come into view quickly.
Once you get on the special red elevator, you can directly go up to the observation deck on the 24th floor.
This deck offers beautiful panoramic views of both the northern side with city area and Rokko mountain range, and southern side with the superb view of the port of Kobe.
The view changes with the four seasons of Japan.
Moreover, you will see the difference of the views between daytime with sky, mountain and sea, and famous night view with illumination.
Please take enough time to enjoy the various view of Kobe.
To log with a Found it,
1. Go to the observation deck, and take a picture of the view of Kobe and your GPS.
If you cannot take a picture of your GPS, your own picture with the view is also accepted.
Attach your picture to your log.
Otherwise, you can also email your photos.
2. It is not mandatory, but uploading your pictures of Kobe trip (anywhere in Kobe) and/or your impression of Kobe in your log is also appreciated.
