Geocache Description:

Senso-ji Temple is often crowded with tourists from all over the world, which can feel a bit overwhelming. However, at the published coordinates, you’ll find a less crowded spot with a small stone bridge, a koi pond, and a little waterfall.

Built in 1618, this is the oldest stone bridge in Tokyo. While Wikipedia claims the Tokiwa Bridge near Tokyo Station (built in 1629) is the oldest, that’s actually incorrect—this bridge predates it.

Please note: the bridge you are standing on is the newer one. The historic "oldest bridge" is the smaller, darker one right next to it.

To log this cache: Please upload a photo of yourself (your face, a thumbs-up, etc.) or a personal item in front of the pond or waterfall. There is no need to send me a message or email.
