Le Creux-du-Van est un cirque rocheux d'environ 200 m de hauteur et 1400 m de large. Il est intéressant de savoir, qu'il n'appartient pas à la commune de Val-de-Travers (Noiraigue), mais à la commune de La Grande Béroche et en fait donc une formation géologique, placée dans les limites d'une localité, située au bord du lac de Neuchâtel.
De plus, le cirque est limitrophe des cantons de Neuchâtel et de Vaud.
Cette curiosité naturelle, creusée par un glacier lors de la dernière période de glaciation, est devenue une des attractions touristiques incontournables de la région.
La partie intérieure du cirque est une réserve naturelle, d'environ 15 km2.
Les coordonnées de la cache sont placées à la fin d'une voie d'escalade, appelée le couloir du pharmacien.
La combinaison D/T prend en compte les personnes actives, faisant une balade à pied, par le sentier des 14 contours.
Afin de loguer cette cache, il vous faudra:
- Vous trouver physiquement sur les coordonnées de la cache.
- Prendre une photo (l'appareil photographique ne doit pas obligatoirement être sur les coordonnées) de vous/une partie de vous, avec en option un drapeau suisse ou une croix, sur la photo. Le drapeau/croix suisse peut être sur une objet, formé par vos doigts ou dessiné sur un bout de papier. Cet élément peut être ajouté en "post-production" (vous pouvez copier/coller le drapeau du listing sur votre photo).
- Loguer la cache en ajoutant la photo à votre log.
Les logs ne répondant pas aux exigences ci-dessus seront supprimés, sans préavis.

Der Creux du Van ist eine kreisförmige Felswand, etwa 200 m hoch und 1400 m im Durchmesser. Es ist interessant, das er nicht zur Gemeinde von Val-de-Travers (Noiraigue) gehört, sondern zur Gemeinde von La Grande Béroche und damit diese geologisch interessante Formation zu einer Gemeinde am Neuenburgersee gehört.
Zusätzlich ist der Felsenkessel auch die Grenzlinie der Kantone Neuenburg und Waadt.
Dieses Naturwunder, durch einen Gletscher während der letzten Eiszeit geschaffen, ist eine der grössten Touristenattraktionen der Region.
Der Talboden des Kessels ist ein Naturschutzgebiet von etwa 15 km Fläche.
Die Koordinaten des Cache liegen am Ende einer Kletterroute, die der «Apothekerkorridor» (le couloir du pharmacien) genannt wird.
Die D/T Wertung ist für aktive Zeitgenossen, die den «Sentier des 14 Contours» begehen.
Logbedingungen für diesen Cache:
- Du musst selbst auf den Koordinaten des Cache sein.
- Mach ein Foto von dir (die Kamera muss nicht auf den Coords sein) oder von einem Teil von dir, optional mit einer Schweizerfahne oder einem Kreuz im Bild. Die Schweizerfahne kann auf einem echten Objekt sein, mit den Fingern geformt. Auf Papier gezeichnet oder sogar später in der «Post Production» eingefügt werden (Du kannst die Fahne aus dem Listing in dein Bild kopieren).
- Den Cache logst du, indem du zwingend dein Bild anhängst.
Logs, die die Bedingungen nicht erfüllen, werden kommentarlos gelöscht.

The Creux-du-Van is a rocky cirque about 200 m high and 1400 m wide. In order to log this cache, you will need to:
- Be physically on the coordinates of the cache.
- Take a photo (the camera does not have to be on the coordinates) of you/a part of you, with an optional Swiss flag or cross in the picture. The Swiss flag/cross can be on a real object or be formed with your fingers or drawn on a piece of paper or even added in "post-production" (you can copy/paste the one in the listing onto your picture)..
- Log the cache by adding the photo to your log.
Logs that do not meet the above requirements will be deleted without notice.
