O Porto Moniz é um município português na ilha da Madeira, Região Autónoma da Madeira, com sede na freguesia homónima. O concelho foi criado em 31 de outubro de 1835, mas esteve suprimido entre 1849 e 1855, entre 1867 e 1871 e entre 1895 e 1898. Tem 82,93 km⊃2; de área e 2 711 habitantes (2011), subdividido em 4 freguesias. O município é limitado a leste pelo município de São Vicente, a sul pela Ponta do Sol, a sudoeste pela Calheta e a norte tem litoral no oceano Atlântico.
