East Grand Rapids has a great 4.4 mile loop trail around Reeds Lake which utilizes paved bike trail, boardwalk, and sidewalk and is very popular. They even do a triathlon here. Along the north side of the loop there is a dirt/wood chip trail that eliminates a hill and is slightly shorter than the Reeds Lake Trail which goes up and over the hill. This “other trail” is barely above lake level so it can become soft and muddy. This cache is 15 feet off that “Other Trail”. No, that is not Poison Ivy; it is invasive Bishop’s Weed.
