Cette cache a pour but de vous faire découvrir un endroit sympathique sur les bords de l’Avançon d’Anzeindaz.
L'Avançon ou Avençon est une rivière de Suisse, affluent de la rive droite du Rhône.
Elle résulte de la confluence de l'Avançon d'Anzeindaz et de l'Avançon de Nant qui se rejoignent près du hameau de Peuffaire, à l'altitude de 730 m. Dès lors la rivière coule vers le sud, traverse la commune de Bex et se jette dans le Rhône, en face de Massongex. L'Avançon d'Anzeindaz a un cours de 10,8 km et l'Avançon de Nant de 8,6 km.
La branche principale, prend sa source dans la région du mont Bellaluex et passe près d'Anzeindaz, où elle reçoit des eaux des Diablerets , puis descend en direction de Gryon. (Là où se trouve la cache)
La seconde branche, l'Avançon de Nant, prend sa source dans le Vallon de Nant au pied du Glacier des Martinets. La rivière descend vers Pont de Nant, Les Plans-sur-Bex, puis Frenières-sur-Bex où elle reçoit sur sa rive gauche les eaux de l'Ivouette (4,2 km).
L'Avançon a un caractère torrentiel et la surface totale de son bassin est d'environ 80 km2. (Source Wikipedia)

This cache aims to make you discover a nice place on the banks of the Avançon d'Anzeindaz.
The Avançon or Avençon is a Swiss river, tributary of the right bank of the Rhone.
It results from the confluence of the Avançon d'Anzeindaz and the Avançon de Nant which meet near the hamlet of Peuffaire, at the altitude of 730 m. From then the river flows towards the south, crosses the commune of Bex and flows in the Rhône, in front of Massongex. The Anzeindaz Strait has a course of 10.8 km and the Avance of Nant 8.6 km.
The main branch, has its source in the region of Mount Bellaluex and passes near Anzeindaz, where it receives waters of the Diablerets, then down towards Gryon. (Where is the cache)
The second branch, the Avançon de Nant, has its source in the Vallon de Nant at the foot of the Glacier des Martinets. The river goes down to Pont de Nant, Plans-sur-Bex, then Frenières-sur-Bex where it receives on its left bank the waters of the Ivouette (4.2 km).
