Approaching the bench near Curtins

Val Fex benches
Along the beautiful Val Fex forest paths you can find many benches from which you can admire wonderful landscapes. Dedications and interesting phrases are often engraved on the seatbenches. To show you the more interesting benches (in my opinion) some caches have been laid along the way. The caches are all very simple, very close to the benches and all are accessible without leaving the path.

Monica
This is the last bench of our series if you started from Sils while it is the first one if you preferred to travel the valley on the paved road with a horse-drawn carriage up to Curtins and to go down along the path in the wood. We are very fond of this bench because it is dedicated to Monica; we don't know who this person is but Monica is also the name of our first daughter! Like all the other benches, this one too is in a wonderful position and a stop is a must ... not just to look for the cache.
