This lunch event is created to honor Banjo Boy (aka RGS), who volunteered as a Community Reviewer for Groundspeak. He recently retired, after 6+ years of keeping our 'playing board' stocked with potential smilies, and I feel that service deserves to be recognized and celebrated. His commitment to geocaching has given us the opportunity to spend time with friends, using 'multi-million dollar satellites to find Tuperware in the woods'. His time and effort as a reviewer (AND a cache owner) have led to some memoriable geocaching adventures, that resulted in great stories shared with others. Most of all, Banjo Boy is just a GREAT guy who I would like to thank for his contribution to this hobby obsession I (and probably some of you) LOVE!! Who knows, there might even be CAKE!!
All are welcome. Whether you're new to geocaching or a veteran, it's always fun to spend time chatting with fellow geocachers. Feel free to bring travel bugs to trade/discover and path tags to share. We'll gather at 11:30 (but I know some of you will be there earlier) and stay until at least 1:00 (probably longer
).
