This is a small cache hidden alongside an old logging road that can be accessed via a side trail off of the Log Train Trail. Trail ribbon is placed to help you find your way. Plenty of parking at Burde Street, although it is not the only point at which to begin your hike.
The furkids and I had never been here before placing the cache, and we were surprised at the amount of berries that grow here! That said, I imagine the Bears enjoy this area from spring through fall seasons. Please be mindful of your surroundings. If you look for this cache during the Winter, the cache name will not make much sense as the berry bushes will, of course, be dormant.
The area is quite open and coordinates should be fairly accurate. This is not intended to be a tricky hide and no bushwacking is required to get to the cache location.
Remember to bring your own writing stick to sign your visit on the water resistant log. FTF token, if you wish. Please replace the cache just as you found it. Thank you!
Be safe, and Happy Caching!
