A micro cache placed in a small park with a lovely view overlooking Penarth Pier, Cardiff Bay, Flatholm and Steepholm.
The park is mostly used by dog walkers, but contains a lovely monument giving you information about the local area and the views from it. You could approach from the South Gate (where the road leads right up the gate), or the west gate (where you would have to walk through a small lane). There is plenty of parking on the adjacent roads.
This is a popular spot for kids to hang out, so be careful when searching.
