This cache is placed near a bench by a little path and there’s lots of flowers which the council maintain. To get to the cache you have to go into the bushes behind the bench, following the relatively clear path. You’re looking for a clip lock container, which, when I placed the cache, is nicely camouflaged by the foliage. Please leave it exactly how you found it.
