The summer holidays are nearly here! Have you made travel plans? No, me neither -- perhaps I'll do a spot of caching...
Come to The Haymakers in Chesterton, from 6pm until 8:30pm on Tuesday 9 July to meet other cachers, enjoy food and drink (optional purchase), maybe chat about what's going on over the long, lazy caching days of summer (or maybe, if it's pouring with rain, we'll leave that topic well alone!). All welcome, whether local or just in the area briefly.
The pub has a good range of real ales and ciders, and a large collection of bottled beer too. There is a small car-park behind the pub, or you will find on-street parking in the surrounding area. Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome to attend.
Food is available from 5pm onwards and some of us will certainly be eating during the event – see this website for a menu. Hopefully you like pizza!
