OZGeoMuster Signal At The Lighthouse

Welcome to the Wollongong Head Lighthouse

The Wollongong Head Lighthouse (also known as Flagstaff Hill Lighthouse), is an active lighthouse which overlooks the Tasman Sea from the top of Flagstaff Point directly east of the Wollongong city centre. Built in 1936, it guided maritime traffic into Port Kembla.

Event Time: This flash mob event will commence at 1100hrs and end at 1130hrs.

What To Do: Arrive at the published coordinates before 1100, and make sure you bring with you your Signal the frog mask found in your registration packs. When the clock strikes 1100 (not a second before), put your mask on, and we will gather together to take a group photo set against the beautiful backdrop of Wollongong Harbour, and Wollongong's most iconic signal...the lighthouse!. How many Signals can we have in one location?
