Foo Foo the Snoo, Where Are You?!? Traditional Cache

This cache is temporarily unavailable.

Mongo: This geocache looks like it might need some attention. The recent logs may contain more details about what maintenance needs to be performed. This could be anything from a new logbook to replacing a missing container.

This note contains everything you need to know about geocache maintenance. If a cache is disabled for six (6) months the cache should be archived. Since more than one reviewer conducts maintenance for Missouri use the Log geocache feature on the cache page.

  • Write a note: If you cannot provide maintenance post a note detailing your maintenance plan. This will give you generally up to four weeks to complete maintenance on the geocache. Ownership after publication.
  • Maintenance: Visit your geocache, make any needed repairs, and post an “Owner Maintenance log so the community knows it’s available to find. By posting an Owner maintenance log it will automatically remove the "Owner attention requested" icon.
  • Was the geocache disabled by you or a reviewer? Then you will need to enable it after you have completed the maintenance. How to enable your geocache
  • Archive: If you decide it is time for your geocache to be permanently retired, please archive the listing and retrieve all physical stages. If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived. How to archive my geocache

For tips about how to perform maintenance and to learn why Geocaching HQ sends occasional geocache maintenance reminders, please see this Geocache Health Score Article.

Many thanks,

Geocache Description:

Where are you, Foo Foo the Snoo?
We want to know, we really do.
We know you floo but not where to?,
So now I know not what to do.
Just say goodbye, archive the cache?
Or make a new one just for laughs?
You never once did sign my book,
So I'll hide a new one, just so you'll look.
Where did you go Foo Foo the Snoo?
We want to know, we really do!
Thank some teachers from Webster Groves

IF YOU SPOT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY OR DAMAGE IN A ST. LOUIS COUNTY PARK, PLEASE CALL 314-615-8911 AND REPORT IT.

Warning

NOTICE: Please be respectful of the posted park hours. If you enter the park after hours you are trespassing. If you are stopped you can be ticketed or arrested and will put the future of geocaching in the parks in jeopardy.
Special permission to hide caches in St. Louis County parks is NOT needed as long as the Groundspeak rules are followed. "Blanket Permission" has been worked out in advance with the park service. DO NOT CALL THE PARK as they cannot handle the calls. The Groundspeak cache reviewer does need to know exactly how and where the caches are hidden and what type of containers are used. The geocaching liaisons will notify the park service of new caches. Remember NO AMMO BOXES or PVC PIPE caches.
