Sauøya(Sauøynå) ligger rett sør for sørenden av Halsnøy i Finnøy kommune. Dette er en veldig lun bukt for de fleste vindretninger, men vind fra øst kan nok stå litt på. Fin liten trebrygge med bord, søppelstasjon og ildsted.
