This cache is the reincarnation of the former Goose Bugs Hotel. We didn't place the original cache, but adopted it when the original cache owner moved out of the area. In 2017 access was restricted and we were unable to retrieve the cache container. Recently access was restored and we were able to check on the orginal cache and it was still hidden and after a little refurbishing and a fresh new log we were able to replace the orginal cache with this new one.
Cache is hidden very well and blends in with its surroundings. Please do not leave a container unless you verify with the owners that the cache is indeed missing. We check on this one often and will be able to tell if it has been muggled.
The name on this one is something we got from our daughters. They have always referred to it as "The Eyeball". It always let them know that we were nearly home. See if you can "see" what they did.
