At the posted coordinates you should look around, literally you will need to look all the way around the marker. You will need to focus on the marker at the posted coordinates, some dates and some images on the marker.
Assume that the "HEROS" are on the south side of the marker.
Answer the following questions:

- B = # Last number of Year Erected ###x where 'x' is the number you need (x = B)
- C = # Eagle is holding something (east side). Number of letters in that word (singular) = C
- D = # Heros of ...... Difference of those years, PLUS 3 = D
