FR: Cette cache est proche de la cabane du Monte Leone (2848 m d’altitude).
La randonnée débute parmi les mélèzes le long d’un bisse. Après une heure de marche, le chemin se poursuit sur de grandes dalles de pierre pour finalement s’engouffrer dans le Chaltwassertälli en remontant la moraine. Au col, apparaît un petit lac de montagne derrière lequel se dresse la cabane dans un paysage typiquement alpin. En moyenne, comptez 3h de marche. Sur les hauteurs de la cabane, on jouit d’un panorama inattendu vers l’ouest et d’une vue plongeante sur l’Alpe Veglia en Italie (www.cas-sommartel.ch/monte-leone).

Die Wanderung beginnt zwischen den Lärchen entlang einer Bisse. Nach einer Stunde Fußmarsch geht der Weg auf großen Steinplatten weiter, um schließlich die Moräne hinauf ins Chaltwassertälli zu stürzen. Am Pass taucht ein kleiner Bergsee auf, hinter dem die Hütte in einer typischen Alpenlandschaft steht. Im Durchschnitt 3 Stunden laufen. Etwas oberhalb der Hütte unerwartetes Panorama gegen Westen und Tiefblick zur italienischen Alpe Veglia.

L'escursione inizia tra i larici lungo una bisse. Dopo un'ora di cammino, il sentiero prosegue su grandi lastre di pietra per correre infine nel Chaltwassertälli su per la morena. Al passo, appare un piccolo lago di montagna dietro il quale si trova la capanna in un tipico paesaggio alpino. In media, conta 3 ore di cammino. Un po’ sopra la capanna si schiude un inatteso panorama in direzione ovest con vista dall’alto sull’Alpe Veglia, in territorio italiano.
