Download your “Happy Valley PA” GeoTour passport and/or your Jr. Geocaching Passport. Return your passport to the Happy Valley Adventure Bureau in the ground floor of the Beaver Avenue parking garage, 200 West Beaver Avenue, when complete and collect your prize if you meet the minimum requirements!

In 1866 the Sandy Ridge brickworks was started by William R Miller because of the quality of the local clay. In 1879 W J Jackson opened a coal mine in Powelton. Later, Powelton, Retort, and Sandy Ridge combined to form the current Sandy Ridge.
