Welcome to Hews Reserve:
This park contains a playground, full sized soccer field and bushland behind the pitch. My friend had a party here and we did something like geocaching except my friends mum gave us clues instead of coordinates. We each got our own ready to hide cache at the end so I decided to place one here as it isn't too far from home. My friend, XYZBoy, also placed one of his caches on the other side of the park near the playground so be sure to check it out if it is published.
Your geo-kids could play on the equiptment or your geo-parents could sit, relax and talk at the picnic table.
There is lots of parking available but be careful of weekend mornings as soccer games will be on. Weekday afternoons might also be busy with training going on. Make sure to use stealth when lots of people are around and replace the container as found. The grass might be wet and muddy after rain so watch out so you don't slip or get your shoes wet.
The cache is a small clip-lock container suitable for small swaps and swag. The cache itself when placed contained a logbook, a pencil and sharpener abd some small toys. Try to BYO pen or pencil just incase. Also if a FTF hound could, could you please bring a zip-lock bag to put the logbook into (sorry, I couldn't find any the right size). Please replace the cache as found and enjoy finding it.
