After finding the easiest multi cache in San Juan Capistrano, I figured it was time to put multi in nearby that was just a bit more work. At the above coordinates, you'll find a sign with the rules of the park.
You can find the cache at: N 33° 3A.BCD W 117° 3E.FGH
AB = Structured activities must obtain a use permit and have priority of use
C = No owner barbecues or fire pits are allowed
D = Charcoal must remain in BBQ's and not disposed in the trash cans
