I was heading back home after dropping off a freind when I noticed this odd concrete thing for the first time.
Someone at some time spent some money to put it there.
I turned around, pulled into Wendy's, and headed out to take a closer look. But when I got on site, nope, couldn't figure out what it's suposed to do.
So I gave it a cache to keep it company
I'd love it if someone that visits has any idea what this concrete thingy is supposed to "do".
Deteriorate, crack, and provide hidey holes is not it's first best purpose. Thanks in advance for any insight!
