This cache is placed to go along with the Kern River Valley Campout Weekend 2019. I was out exploring the area with friends and asked if I had been to the drive able viewpoints of Salmon Creek Falls. I had not and my friend was happy to show me the spots. As you are going up Sierra way, look for a dirt road going up the mountain. There are two specific spot that give you the correct angle to view the falls to the east (way-points are provided). The physical container is just past the second viewpoint at an interesting survey stake and a good spot to turn around. I don't recommend attempting this cache is a low clearance vehicle. Also, download an offline list and have your google earth view as the reception is spotty in the area.
