Geocache Description:

Leicester's magnificent concert hall, De Montfort Hall, is one of the favourite venues of the world-famous Philharmonia Orchestra, which plays here several times per year. The hall also hosts many popular music artists, comedians, religious festivals, graduation ceremonies and pantomimes. It is the focus of a number of outdoor events in the summer.

The cache is attached to a rather odd 'bench' made by students at the nearby but now defunct Regent College. It is just about possible to recline on it like a chaise longue in Hollywood-style Roman fashion.

The Roman god we need to defer to here is Lelantus, the god of stealth (yes, there was one). This is an open situation in a busy city park and the cache has gone missing rather a lot, so please try not to draw attention!

*No. Though the building has a classical facade and is certainly a temple of culture it was built by Leicester City Corporation and opened in 1913.
