Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Lions Bicentennial Park. The cache is not located at the starting point. Answer the following 10 questions, which will lead you on a wander through some of the park and, once answered, you will have all the clues to complete the following coordinates:

A° BC.DE7 'S   FG° 5H.IJ9 'E

Qu 1:     (G)         Let's get started... How many lion’s heads are visible at the starting point?

Qu 2:     (I)           No time to rest, but if you must find a bench, then take a seat and count the number of poles holding the roof up.

Qu 3:     (F)          Wander over to the windmill and count the number of letters in the names of the people who donated the windmill.

Qu 4:     (H)          What is the “stroke” on the windmill pump?

Qu 5:     (C)          Back to the footpath we go, check out the artwork and count how many claws on 3 of the Platypus’ feet?

Qu 6:     (A)          Take a wander along the path and count how many dots, including the eyes, are on the lizard?

Qu 7:     (D)          A detour! Onto the first bridge we go. Count the number of uprights on the bridge minus 10.

Qu 8:     (J)          Back on the footpath, count all the bird's toes and divide by 4.

Qu 9:     (E)          A little further up the garden path, how many blades of grass in each clump are visible under the hopping kangaroos?

Qu 10:   (B)          Onwards to the second bridge! What is half the number of uprights on the bridge divided by 2.

You now have all the information needed to complete the coordinates for the final cache location.

Cross the second bridge and head off across the park, past the dog park and into an area known as “Long Pocket Scrub” (did you check the park map?). The dog park means there are more muggle eyes around, and this site hosts a Parkrun every Saturday morning at 7am, so best to skip this till later in the day. Don't forget to BYOP!!!

Checksum:          A + B + C + D + E = 50

                            F + G + H + I + J = 38

FTF honours go to Gullivers Travels54! Thanks for the visit and favourite!
