Dies ist ein Wandercache auf der Koralpe (höchster Gipfel gr. Speikkogel 2140 m ü. A.), einem Berg in den Lavanttaler Alpen. Der Cache selber liegt auf einem vorgelagertem Gipfel, dem Seespitz. Von ihm hat man eine sehr schöne Sicht auf den Speiksee sowie auf den großen Speikkogel. Die Wegstrecke zwischen Parkplatz und dem Cache beträgt (in eine Richtung, abhängig vom gewählten Parkplatz) ca. 6-8 km und 440-620 hm. Die östliche Bergflanke (steirische Seite) liegt unter Naturschutz, ein Verlassen der Wege ist daher ebenso wie das Pflücken von Blumen strengstens untersagt.
Der Zugang ist nicht beschränkt, ACHTSAMKEIT gilt natürlich trotzdem im alpinen Gelände in der Nähe einer steilen Bergkante. Zum Heben des Caches muss weder geklettert werden, noch muss man sich im akut gefährlichen Bereich bewegen oder Wege bzw. Trampelpfade verlassen. Nichtsdestotrotz befindet man sich auf einer längeren Wanderung im alpinen Gelände - bitte Wetter- und Schneelage beachten. Bei signifikatnen Schneemengen ist der Cache evtl. unzugänglich.
Der Cache selber ist ein Petling, direkt an der Grenzmarkierung Steirmark/Kärnten in unmittelbarer Umgebung zum Gipfelkreuz (siehe Spoilerfoto).

This is a hiking cache on the Koralpe (highest peak gr. Speikkogel 2140 m AA), a mountain in the "Lavanttal Alps". The cache itself is located on an upstream summit, the Seespitz. From him you have a very nice view of the lake "Speiksee" and the peak "großer Speikkogel". The distance between the parking lot and the cache is (in one direction, depending on the chosen parking lot) about 6-8 km and 440-620 hm. The eastern side of the mountain (Styrian side) is protected, so leaving the paths is strictly prohibited, as is the picking of flowers.
The access is not limited, but of course it is still true in alpine terrain near a steep mountain edge. To raise the cache, you do not have to climb, nor you have to move in an acutely dangerous area or leave paths or trails. Nevertheless, you are on a long hike in the alpine terrain - please note the weather and snow conditions. For significant amounts of snow, the cache is possibly inaccessible.
