What IS 'near' the posted coordinates is a wireless Chirp beacon.
If your GPS is equipped with Garmin Chirp Detection capabilities, or if your android-OS smartphone is loaded up with a good chirp-detection app, the unit will be able to 'receive' the final coordinates from the Garmin Chirp.
For the best Chirp Data Reception, possibly even from within your vehicle, get close to the spot near the Broken Slat on the Tall White Fence (identified with the ‘X’ on the photo below).
From that location, the GPS or Smartphone being used will be able to 'receive' the final coordinates from the Garmin Chirp.
Cachers may need to visit this multi-cache with another cacher whose GPS or Smartphone has the Chirp capabilites if theirs is not Chirp-compatible.😉
