Geocache Description:

The Preserve in west Little Rock is a open park in the flood plane of Little Maumelle River. The Nature Conservancy has done a great job establishing a walking trail. It can be muddy after a rain. Depending on time of day, year - might need sunscreen and/or bug spray. It's mostly hardwood canopy for 1/2 the walk, open field for the other 1/2. Round trip walk is 1.5 miles. Kid friendly, dog friendly. This is our first attempt at placing geocaches so feedback would be welcomed. ----- Also, due to the recent flooding (I'm typing this in June 2019) the park is a bit stinky. Might give it a few more rains to mellow before you venture out. Small waterproof container under a rock.
