With two on the WB side, I thought there aught to be one on the EB side.
This is a preform hanging in the fence, north face. Five feet up, in the ivy.
You can access this thru the back road, there are breaks in the fence you can walk thru after parking on the free side. Obviously you can reach it from the toll side too. Parking within 5 feet
