Order inside and eat outside. There is plenty of outdoor seating.
Each person attending will be responsible for any costs incurred for food and drinks. Cash is preferred. Extra charge will be added to credit card payments.
It is not necessary to buy anything to participate. 
Parking infomation:
When driving on Montauk Hwy you will see the White Cap Fish sign. Turn at the sign and drive, along the canal, to the back. Parking is tight on the side of the last building but there is parking in back of the second to last bldg. You will then walk towards the back and you will see the dock and the seating area. You order inside, give them your name and they will call and deliver to your table.
