Here's an EVENT held in Bayfield again this year, so come and let,s make it a good one.

This Event takes place Saturday, August 24th, at 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m..


Location:

Paul Bunyan Lake Front Resort

75559 Lidderdale St., Bayfield.

Off Hwy #21 down towards the lake on Paul Bunyan Rd.. Parking can be found around the corner on Lidderdale St. up along the fence, past the entrance to the park. This is where we will be hosting the event this year, under the pavilion. The event is at the posted co-ord's. It should be set it up with some pinic tables, shouldn't have to bring any lawn chairs.

I will be cooking up some hamburgers and hotdogs, along with some refreshments for those that are interested. So, if you could let me know how many will be in your group so I can have some numbers. Just a heads up, there might even be a new caches or two placed for after the event. Also, if interested there is a beach nearby or a pool for swimming afterwards if interested.

Events are a great way to meet other cachers and catch up with familiar ones. Trade stories of your geocaching adventures, get tips, swap/discover travel bugs and geocoins.

Permission for this Geocaching Event to take place is allowed by the owners of Paul Bunyan Lake Front Resort. I would like to thank them in advance for allowing me to host an Event here. Also want to thank those that helped out last year, whether with supplying some goodies for the event or helping at the event.
