A strange radio broadcast was recently picked up by employees in CSIS. This was noticed because the short burst had a frequency spectrum that was not consistent with normal background static noise. Worried that it might be a national threat, they started efforts to see if it could be decoded in any way.
They managed to determine that it was using an advanced frequency based encoding that encoded an entire picture, however this picture appears to contain strange symbols.
Days later, they managed to decode a few parts of the message. One part said: "... once there, you can zero in on your location by using '05' as the last 2 digits of the north coordinates and '12' as the last 2 for the west based coordinates. "
Another part of the decoded message said "We managed to finally take down that evil Constructicon known as Hook...".
