Thesenvitz: I am reluctantly archiving this cache, more out of confusion than anything else. The cache is still there, always has been there, but I will remove it so someone else can use the location if they want. The reviewer unfortunately saw fit to pull the trigger and disable this cache based on a new cacher saying it needed to be archived. Then after my reporting that the cache is still in place, the reviewer has taken no action to re-enable it.
