Geocache Description:

10 August 2019, 20:00 - 21:00

  • This is the third time I have tried this.

    Of course everyone is invited.
    Just show up like any other event.
    Parking is even free.
    "How do I get to this event?" Good question.
    If you have a 4x4 and a permit you can
    just drive up from the satellite tracking station = Easy.
    Or walk up the "Long Road" = Hard.
    Or hike from the satellite tracking station = Hardest.
    If you want to camp but also want to take the hard or hardest way up we can arrange to truck in your gear.

    Plan is to get the three campsites. RubiJenn, Eireannach (not sure if they remember this) and I will be getting the permits.
    Max people on each permit is 7.
    Contact me to be put on one.
    If we have over 21 people we can try to get more campsites.
    Permits will be gotten July 10th. Permit for camping. IF YOU HAVE A 4x4 AND ARE INTERESTED IN CAMPING OR BEING AN UBER CONTACT ME BEFORE JULY 9TH.
    There are a bunch of details to figure out.
    I'll do that when I get the number of people.
    Post questions in the logs. This will help everyone and keep communication open.
    This event is contingent on being able to get the camping permits.
