You MUST use a KAYAK/PADDLEBOARD/CANOE to reach this cache. It will also take a little bit of balance (standing up in your watercraft). This is a recreation of a Pre-Katrina cache I had in the same place called, "Tiny Bubbles on the Bayou." The container is an ammo can which should fare well in the elements for years.
In a city full of micro park and grabs, it's nice to have a challenging (but not too challenging) regular cache. Have fun on the water.
