A beautiful unnamed valley is hidden just a short distance from the most popular over-night camp site near Santa Barbara. You will get lost on the way though! We got lost and we made the trail!! If you can find it you will have it all to yourself, unless you run into Little Albino Girl and TrailHacker! Next to a seasonal creek there is a boulder that looks like a gorilla's head. Once you have found the cache walk down the creek a little way to a beautiful little pool and waterfall surrounded by wildflowers. It won't be there for much longer though since it's starting to get hot back there. Bring lots of water and plan for a long hard climb back up to Camino Cielo. Check out Movie.
